PIR High Density Pipe Support
PIR High-Density Pipe Supports are designed to provide both insulation and structural support to pipelines across a range of industries. Made from polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam, these supports are built to withstand high temperatures and pressures, making them well suited to the oil and gas, petrochemical, and power generation sectors.
Density typically ranges from 240 kg/m³ to 320 kg/m³ depending on application requirements, and the supports can withstand temperatures of up to 130°C. They’re also used to isolate structures from foundations in cold storage facilities, gas storage tanks, and chemical storage tanks.
Installation is straightforward: the supports are positioned beneath the pipe and secured to the support structure using clamps or bolts, placed at regular intervals along the pipe’s length.
