PIR Pipe Section

These PIR Pipe Sections deliver excellent thermal insulation along with strong resistance to fire, moisture, and chemicals. Compared to standard PUF, PIR provides superior fire resistance, making it the preferred choice in applications where fire safety is a critical concern. The pipe sections are manufactured using advanced production technology and premium-grade raw materials, ensuring consistent, high-quality results.

These PIR Pipe Sections are available for pipe sizes (NB) ranging from 15 to 1000 mm, with larger diameters achievable by joining multiple circumferential segments. They can be supplied in single or multiple layers, cut into segments with step-cut edges — using state-of-the-art CNC cutting machines — to ensure tighter joint sealing. Elbows, bends, and T-joints are available on request, and the entire product range can be fully customized in size, thickness, and density to meet specific client requirements.

Applications include HVAC systems (chilled water and hot water pipelines), as well as insulation of process pipelines across the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, oil and gas, and refrigeration industries. Manufacturing takes place in a large, hi-tech facility equipped with multiple 2-axis CNC cutting machines and 3-axis CNC router machines.
