XLPE Pipe Tubing (Alu. Foil)

XLPE is a durable, chemically resistant thermoplastic prized for its electrical insulation properties, resistance to abrasion, and flexibility even in low-temperature conditions; the cross-linking process further enhances its strength along with its resistance to heat and chemicals. Adding an aluminum foil layer to the tubing serves multiple functions: it enhances thermal insulation by reducing heat exchange between the fluid being carried and the surrounding environment, creates a barrier against moisture and gas infiltration, and, in certain applications, offers electromagnetic shielding to protect nearby sensitive equipment.
